Previously known as Siam Ocean World, the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World is one of the largest and most spectacular of the South Asian region. It is located in the heart of Bangkok on the first two levels of Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. It houses more than 30,000 fishes and marine creatures from around the world. Over 400 different species of marine creatures including some very rare fishes can also be seen here. The Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World is spread over an area of 10,000 square meters or about two football fields stadiums. In a harmonious atmosphere, the aquarium gives a feeling like being underwater. Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World has 7 different parts and each part has their own theme. Each part of the aquarium has a unique variety of fishes, flora and fauna, and unique design. These seven zones are Open Ocean, Living Ocean, Weird and Wonderful, Rainforest, Rocky Shore, Sea Jellies and Deep Reef. “Open Ocean” is the largest and the most popular zone in the Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World. This 270-degree underwater tunnel houses many deadliest predators of the ocean like the shark. In addition, the Sea Life also offers 5D animated movies and 3D photography. Visitors can also swim in the water along with sharks or they can also go to the bottom of the aquarium under the guidance of professional divers and feed the fishes.

Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World is located at 991/1 Rama I Road, Pathumwan. It is open daily from 10 am to 9 pm and last entry is allowed till 8 pm. Though this place can be easily reached using bus service, yet for those who move as per their own plan, a car rental always comes handy.
