Santorini Park – A Popular Recreational Spot Near Hua Hin

Posted on: 26th February 2016

Located on Phetkasem Road, Santorini Park brings a piece of the idyllic Greek island to Cha-Am. Its architecture is quite remarkable, from colorfully painted windows and magnificent whitewashed buildings down to its domed towers and stone-paved paths. The impressive lineup of restaurants, shops and an amusement park guarantees its visitors of a great time. The photogenic Santorini Park occupies an extensive area right before the main highway kisses the Cha-Am Beach.

The architectural style together with the whitewash theme gives this outdoor entertainment outlet a quaint appearance from afar and makes it stand out from its surroundings. A sweeping beachfront and a cliff-top view of the ocean are the two missing components that would have otherwise made Santorini Park a place out of this world. Thailand Cars Rentals offer a wide fleet of rental vehicles in Hua Hin and at affordable prices so that everyone can experience a comfortable travel rather than wandering around in public transport. So, hire a car with us and ride to Santorini Park at your own ease.

The five zones of Santorini Park offer comprehensive entertainment. The Park Zone is mainly an amusement park with games and rides set on large landscaped grounds. The rides are all imported including the double-decker carousel, 40 m high Ferris wheel, G-MAX giant swing, G-MAX reverse bungee, 7D interactive game, XD Dark Ride and the first Wallholla climbing structure of Asia. The Village Zone showcases the architecture of the Greek island’s village as well as its refreshing coastal vibe. Here, you can stroll down the stone-paved lanes that are lined with two-story whitewashed structures and over 140 shopping boutiques. The Rest Zone is where you can find a host of cafes, fast food outlets, personal care salons, convenience stores, a petrol station and many souvenir shops. Apart from entertainment and shopping, the Santorini Park also includes an Activities Zone – a 3,000 sq meters outdoor area for hosting live performances and concerts. Providing a shopping experience of a flea-market, the Weekend Art Market is where you can get a wide choice of handicrafts and creative souvenirs to take back home.
