Posted on: 22nd February 2016

Located on the coast of Krabi and bathed by the Andaman Sea, Railay is a peninsula surrounded by high cliffs. These cliffs prevent its access by road and you can reach only by sea. It is one of the must visit destinations in Krabi and a perfect place to get lost for a few days. Railay Beach is an ideal refuge for climbers and backpackers and it has become very popular for tourists who want to explore the coast of Krabi and its beaches but do not want to go to visit other more crowded places such as Phi Phi Islands and Ao Nang. Being a peninsula, it has beaches on both sides which are known as Railay East And Railay West.
