Kathu Waterfall

Kathu Waterfall is a fun place to visit especially if one is visiting during rainy season; it is not much prevalent as a destination but one visit would certainly make you think the opposite. Give it a chance and then decide for yourself!

Kathu Waterfall is divided into two parts: the first one on the left is a small trickle of a stream which forms a natural pool at its base. The other part is somewhat hidden, it lies to the right of the parking lot and can only be reached by crossing a small bridge and by ascending 130 meters of stairs. Reserve a rental car in Ko Samui Chaweng and treat yourself with a ride which comes from one of our finest car hire suppliers in Thailand. Kathu Waterfall’s four Levels

This second part of Kathu Waterfall has further four levels but it is the first level which is the most fun place to be at for out of the four levels it has the biggest watershed, though the case is usually when a good rainfall has been witnessed. The second platform is more suited for a picnic or other leisure activities and is mostly seen crowded with youngsters. Just like the second platform, the third and the fourth can be reached easily by three different trails which are beautiful and not much strenuous.
